Monthly Rates
The Portsmouth Square Garage has five different monthly parking programs. If you would like to enroll into monthly parking, please complete an application from the link below and bring to the administrative office located on the Main Entrance Level. Administrative office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

Reserved $500/ month
Dedicated reserved parking space
Regular $410/month
Unlimited Use and not restricted
Restricted $325/ month
Restricted to Monday through Friday from 7am to 8pm
Restricted $115/ month
Enter after 5:30pm and exit by 9:30am next day
Carpool $225/ month
Must have 4 or more more people in the vehicle at all times
